The Nail Academy Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions contain information that is written and provided in compliance with the pre-contractual information required by Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs).  More information on DSRs can be found on the CMA Website: Click Here

2. Prices

(i) Prices are as published on the website: www.thenailacademy.co.uk

(ii) Prices for courses are fixed at the time you book your course and either pay a deposit or pay in full to secure your place on the course

(iii) Physical products (‘goods’) will be priced at the amount shown on your order confirmation

(iv) Vouchers and coupons will be honoured for orders received within the relevant voucher or coupon date and where the voucher or coupon is quoted on the order

3. Payments

(i) Payments can be made to The Nail Academy in the ways described and offered on the website:  www.thenailacademy.co.uk.  The Nail Academy accepts payments by bank transfer, cheque, PayPal and credit card (via PayPal)

(ii) Payments for courses are required as follows:

  1. For all courses deposit or full payment must be made to The Nail Academy at the time of booking the course
  2. If a deposit is paid at the time of booking your course, the full balance of payment must then be made prior to the commencement of the course
  3. Deposits are non refundable but where possible alternative dates may be selected by prior agreement.

(iii) Payment for physical products ordered through the website must be made at the time you place your order through the website

4. Delivery

(i) Goods will be delivered within 30 days of receipt of the order.  However, goods will normally be despatched within 7 working days of The Nail Academy receiving your order

(ii) If you do not receive goods within 30 days of The Nail Academy receiving your order you will be entitled to a full refund of monies paid

(iii) Courses will be deemed to have been delivered at the commencement of the relevant course

5. Returns and cancellations

(i) Notification of your intent to return goods or to cancel a course must be provided by you in writing either by post or by email – please see contact details at 1, above.  You may not inform The Nail Academy of your intention to return or cancel by telephone

(ii) Goods can be returned for any reason within 7 days of your receiving the goods

(iii) Goods must be returned unopened and in their original undamaged packaging

(iv) The full cost of goods so returned will be refunded by The Nail Academy within 30 days of their return

(v) If the goods that were ordered were those that were shipped and were subsequently returned then the customer will bear the cost of shipping both for the delivery and for the return

(vi) If The Nail Academy ships goods other than those that were ordered (for example were the ordered goods were not in stock and a substitute was shipped) and the goods are subsequently returned then The Nail Academy will bear the cost of shipping both for the delivery and for the return of the goods

(vii) Deposits are non refundable but where possible alternative dates may be selected by prior agreement.

(viii) Any cancellation rights associated with courses will end at the commencement of the course
